Please adhere to the following Terms & Conditions established by Kappy’s Kreation LLC

• Timely Payments: All payments must be made by the stated due date. Failure to submit payment on time may result in the cancellation of your order. 

• Right to Refuse Service: Kappy’s Kreation LLC reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel services, orders, and financial transactions at its sole discretion. 

• Community Standards: Kappy’s Kreation LLC maintains a positive and respectful environment. We do not tolerate unlawful activity, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, spam, unauthorized promotions, or any other inappropriate conduct.

• At the sole discretion of Kappy’s Closet, an exchange may be offered as a one-time courtesy.

• Customers must notify us of any issue or concern within 5 days of receiving their order (weekends included) to be considered for an exchange.

• Requests submitted after the 5-day period will not be eligible for review.

Account Enforcement: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in the restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of your account and access to our services.  By shopping with or participating in the Kappy’s Closet community, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.  Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
