Terms and Conditions

•  Please provide your full name, email, and physical address  and phone number immediately
  
• An invoice will be sent to you after every  order is placed and is due immediately upon receipt. No exceptions to this rule. You will receive it via email or through FB messenger
  
• If your payment is not paid timely, your invoice will be cancelled and all merchant(s) will be revoked. You will not be allowed to reorder the deleted order - no exceptions
  
• Be advised that taxes and shipping will be applied and will be shown on your invoice
  
• If you are a prize winner. You are responsible for paying for shipping. Shipping is not provided by Kappy's Closet
  
• We use Freshbooks, an invoice system for for Kappy's Closet and Stripe for our credit card processing. Stripe accepts all major debit cards, credit cards and Apple Pay**SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CASHAPP, OR CHECKS**

•  ADDITIONAL FEES: Taxes and Shipping fees will be applied to the total on the invoice 

• Please allow 72 hours to process orders. On average, orders are shipped out within 5 to 7 days after placing an order
  
  

Kappy's Closet now offer shop now - pay later options. You may check out using Affirm, Klarna, and Zip. More options will be announced for usage soon.
